北京时间年3月17日，洛杉矶总部位于美国加州的全球共享智能出行生态系统公司FaradayFuture（FF）今天宣布陈雪峰先生正式加盟，出任FF中国区CEO，并向FF全球CEO毕福康博士（Dr.CarstenBreitfeld）直接汇报。陈雪峰先生将全面负责包括相关项目落地、生产策略、本地化产品开发以及用户生态构建等全部FF中国区相关业务。此外，陈雪峰先生也将会成为FF全球合伙人。
陈雪峰先生拥有近20年的汽车行业从业经验，在汽车业内被誉为“最年轻的合资车企中方掌门人”，是不可多得的中国汽车行业领军人才，具备丰富的豪华汽车品牌本地化导入、生产基地建设及投产、生产运营等全面企业管理经验。

陈雪峰先生于年正式开始了他的汽车行业生涯，此后先后在长安福特、长安马自达、福特亚太设计中心和奇瑞捷豹路虎任职。年1月，陈雪峰先生加入奇瑞捷豹路虎汽车有限公司，担任制造执行副总裁。年11月，他晋升为执行副总裁，时年39岁的陈雪峰先生也成为中国汽车行业最年轻的合资车企中方掌门人。陈雪峰先生年毕业于武汉理工大学汽车设计与制造专业。

FF近日宣布了与PropertySolutionsAcquisitionCorp."PSAC"（纳斯达克交易代码：PSAC）的合并交易计划。该交易预计将于年第二季度完成，交易完成后，FF的股票将开始在纳斯达克交易，股票代码为"FFIE"。此次交易验证了FF打造基于技术和产品创新的出行生态系统的创始愿景。
